Retailers ready to saddle up at Stableside

​​​KATY – Exterior construction for the 35,000-sf section of the Stableside at Falcon Landing retail development will be complete next month.

Tenants will begin interior construction in July and hold grand openings starting in November at the corner of Gaston and Greenbusch Roads.

Phase two is anchored by a 90,000-sf VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa, which will open late December and include four resort-style pools and a full-service spa. Additionally, phase two will incorporate large patios, artificial turf space, and live oak trees.

​​​​Over 50 percent of the remaining buildings have been leased.
