Oden Hughes starts on 380-unit Middlebrook Apartments

​​​​​CLEAR LAKE – Oden Hughes LLC has begun construction on Middlebrook Apartments, a 380-unit multifamily project at the northeast corner of Bay Area Blvd. and Middlebrook Dr.

The project will have 360 apartments and 20 townhomes with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Rents will range from $1,100 to $2,300 a month.

Amenities will include attached and detached garages, boat storage, onsite coworking space, fitness center, resort-style pool, and jogging trails.

San Jacinto Community College sold the property to Oden Hughes in December 2018. The grand opening is slated for mid-2020.
