New Sienna Crossing phase wrapping up in 1Q2020

​​​MISSOURI CITY – Williamsburg Enterprises has broken ground on the latest phase of Sienna Crossing, a 35-acre, 60,000-sf retail development at SH​​ 6 and Sienna Pkwy. 

This phase is preleased to retailers such as 24-Hour Fitness and Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods. Delivery is set for first quarter 2020.

Currently, the property houses Academy Sports + Outdoors, IHOP, and Chick-fil-A.

Williamsburg purchased the land in 2014.​
