Insperity breaks ground on 270K-sf Kingwood office

KINGWOOD – Insperity Inc. has broken ground on what will be the fifth multistory office building at its corporate campus near the southeast corner of I-69 and Kingwood Dr.

The ten-story, 270,000-sf, Class A building will have an adjoining six-level parking garage that can accommodate about 1,000 employees.

Construction by D.E. Harvey Builders will begin this month and is set to finish in 2020.
