Howard Hughes breaks ground on 163-unit project

​​​​THE WOODLANDS – The Howard Hughes Corp. has broken ground on a 163-unit multifamily project at the southeast intersection of Six Pines Dr. and Timberloch Pl.

The seven-story, 179,338-sf development will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,100 sf. 

​Amenities will include a clubroom, fitness center, third-floor amenity deck, outdoor cooking, and bike storage. There will also be a coworking component of the project.

Shepley Bulfinch is the architect, and Hoar Construction is the construction manager. 

Delivery is set for fourth quarter 2020.
