Wu Investments closes on Beechcrest Shopping Center

HOUSTON – Wu Investments has purchased the 89,679-sf Beechcrest Shopping Center.

The retail center on 7.17 acres at 10828 Beechnut St. is fully leased to tenants such as Wazobia African Markets, DD’s Discounts, Dollar General, Lone Star Title, and Pizza Hut.

HFF represented the seller, Global Fund Investments LLC.
