City of Amarillo lands 329 acres

​​​​​​​​AMARILLO – The city council has approved the annexation of 329 acres into the city limits.

The land is northeast of the intersection of Helium Rd. and Hollywood Rd. It will be used for more than 900 single-family homes.

Canyon ISD will also build a new elementary school.​​
