1,800-acre Rough Hollow community gets schooled

​​​​LAKEWAY – Lake Travis ISD has broken ground on a $29.3 million elementary school at 4219 Bee Creek Rd.

The 103,000-sf facility will accommodate 850 students when it opens in fall 2020.

The school will be in the 1,800-acre Rough Hollow master-planned community. 

The 12-acre site is valued at $1.1 million and was donated by developer Legend Communities.

Pflueger Architects is the designer. Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is constructing the school.
