The Revere blooming in Houston

​​​HOUSTON – The Revere will top out construction this month at 2325 Welch St. in River Oaks. 

Pelican builders is wrapping up the eighth floor of the nine-story, 30-unit building, which is 70 percent presold. 

The luxury units—starting around $1.6 million—will range from 2,800 to 3,800 sf and feature hardwood floors, custom wood cabinets, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and fireplaces. 

Move-in is slated for a year from now. 

Kirksey Architecture designed the project while Ludlow & Associates Construction LLC is the general contractor.
