Face the Music (Lane): more than half office space leased

​​​​AUSTIN – More than half of the 51,775 sf of office space at Music Lane, the five-building, $55 million mixed-use project underway at the corner of S. Congress Ave. and Academy Dr., is leased.

Architecture firm Gensler has leased 24,314 sf for 170 employees. Private equity and venture capital firm Tritum Partners LLC has leased 8,600 sf.

Endeavor Real Estate Group is handling leasing. About 18,861 sf remains available.

Turnbridge Equities and private Austin developers are developing Music Lane, which is expected to open in early 2020.
