Sentinel Capital stands watch for McKinney National Business Park

​​​​​MCKINNEY – Houston-based Sentinel Capital has broken ground on Phase I of McKinney National Business Park.

The 75,250-sf, two-building first phase will deliver in third quarter 2019. 

The 114-acre project will be more than one million sf. 

Lee & Associates will handle leasing.
