Rosenberg La Quinta Inn & Suites sold

​​​ROSENBURG – Illinois-based Imeri Enterprises has purchased the 56-room La Quinta Inn & Suites at 28332 Southwest Fwy.

Houston-based Gayatri International is the seller. CBRE’s South Central Hotel Team arranged the sale.
