Modern makeover into mixed-use property

​​​​​AUSTIN – Dick Clark + Associates will develop a mixed-use property as ​part of its new headquarters.

The project will involve adaptive reuse of an existing building at 2120 E. 7th St. The two-story, 9,600-sf building will have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a common roof deck, and a balcony.

European furniture showroom Scott + Cooner will occupy the ground-floor retail space.

Construction begins this month and will finish in early 2020.
