Houston apartments become new landmark

​​​​HOUSTON – American Landmark has acquired Haven at Lakes of 610, a 282-unit multifamily community at 8900 Lakes at 610 Dr.

Built in 2018, the property, which will be rebranded as Aspire at 610, offers one- and two-bedroom units.

Amenities include a pool, resident clubhouse, business center, dog-washing station, fire pits, and a package locker system. They're part of a $1.4 million improvement program. 

The seller was a joint venture between Guefen Development and The Rainier Cos. The community will be rebranded as Aspire at 610.
