​​​​MAGNOLIA – Copra Holdings LLC has acquired Bear Branch Boat & RV Storage on 6.1 acres at 33110 Egypt Ln. 

The Class A facility has 256 boat and RV units totaling 96,810 net rentable sf. The facility was 98 percent occupied at the time of closing.
