Beach day: two multifamily properties sold

​​​​​LEAGUE CITY – NorthMarq Capital has arranged acquisition financing for two local multifamily properties.

Harbor Walk, at 2751 FM 518 E., and The Shore, at 501 Davis Rd., total 312 units.

The balance sheet loan, which was provided by a balance sheet lender, featured a five-year term and interest-only payments.
