504-unit Sandridge trades hands

​​​​​HOUSTON – GVA Real Estate Investments has purchased Sandridge, a 504-unit community at 4025 Burke Rd.

Completed in 1981, the community has 41 two-story buildings across more than 19 acres. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units range from 602 to 1,104 sf and feature washers, dryers, and vaulted ceilings. 

Amenities include a fitness center, five swimming pools, clubhouse, spa, playground, and tennis court. It was 98.6 percent occupied as of January​.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. sold the asset, which involved a $38.9 million loan held by Ready Capital.
