Light industrial project set for Garland

GARLAND – Colony Industrial, in partnership with developer Huntington Industrial Partners, has acquired just over 21 acres for a planned light industrial project.

The property will include two warehouses totaling 355,071 sf at 3150 and 2850 Marquis Dr.

The Marquis Development will offer dock-high industrial space with 32-ft clear heights, cross-dock configurations, and ample on-site trailer storage.

Construction is slated to begin in April and wrap up in late 2019.

Colony Industrial has five projects under construction nationwide, including a 110,000-sf warehouse in Dallas. That project, set on 8.3 acres at 9749 Clifford Dr., will break ground in 2Q 2019.
