Lake Highlands Shops sell to national investor

The Shops at Lake Highlands. DALLAS – Cypress Real Estate Advisors has sold The Shops at Lake Highlands Town Center to First Washington Realty.

The 63,209-sf project at the corner of Walnut Hill Ln. and Skillman St. is anchored by a Sprouts grocery store that opened in 2017.

The retail asset is within the 70-acre Lake Highlands Town Center development. Started in 2007, the project includes more than 400 apartments plus townhouses.
