CityLine city-slickers take office project to 60 percent leased
RICHARDSON – Three new tenants signed leases at 3400 at CityLine, a 313,000-sf, Class A office building developed by Transwestern Development Co.
DXC Technology Co., a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard, leased 100,300 sf. Xandr and Common Desk leased 24,700 sf and 31,500 sf, respectively.
The commitments bring the building at 3400 N. Central Expressway to 60 percent leased.
The office building is within the transit-oriented CityLine development, which is comprised of 2.5 million sf of office space, 2,500 apartment units, multiple hotels, and more than 25 restaurants anchored by a Whole Foods.
