REIT purchases Riverhill Apartments

​​​​​​GRAND PRAIRIE – BSR Real Estate Investment Trust has acquired the $45.2 million Riverhill Apartments.​

Built in 1995, the 334-unit multifamily complex is ​on 16 acres at 2775 N. SH 360 Service Rd. E.

It has four four-story and 11 three-story apartment buildings, as well as a leasing office/clubhouse, laundry facility, and fitness center.
