Office space worthy of Champions

​​​​​FORT WORTH – Dallas-based KDC and Fine Line Diversified Development have teamed up to construct Class A office space on 60 acres in Champions Circle.

The acreage is at the southwest corner of SH 114 and I-35. It can accommodate 1.2 million sf of office space.

Champions Circle is a 500-acre mixed-use development anchored by the Marriott Conference Center Resort Hotel & Golf Club and Tanger Outlet Center.​
